Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline  National Floor Plans'  (" we ", " our " or " the Company ") policies with respect to users who access our website atwww.nationalfloorplans.com  (" Site ").

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 48 business hours notice when cancelling an appointment. Saturday and Sunday are not business hours. Please call our office at 800-328-0217, you must speak to someone to cancel an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 business hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a charge equal to 50% of the total estimated fee for the property. Appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total estimated fee for the property. If the weather forecast looks like it will not cooperate with your photo shoot please call us in advance to reschedule to avoid cancellation fees.

Prepare the Property

If we are taking photos for you, please ensure the property is ready for photography and you or the homeowner provides proper access to the property. Please turn on all lights as you arrive, and open any shades. The property should be photo ready when we arrive, our photographers will not have time to clean and stage the home.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. The fee we have quoted you is based upon the square footage you have provided us. Our fees are based upon square footage. Should the property measure larger than the square footage you have provided your fee may be increased based upon our fee schedule.

Turnaround time is typically 2 business days for real estate services and 1-2 weeks for architectural services. Large homes may require extra time to complete. In addition, turnaround may be longer during certain peak times of the year, such as the busy spring market. If time is of the essence please let us know in advance so we can make certain all materials are complete when you need them.

Return Fee

If our photographer needs to return to the property due to no fault on our part there is a $100 trip charge. This includes not being able to access the property, or uncooperative weather at the time of the appointment.
